Unless you have subscribed and confirmed your subscription to our email newsletter, the personal data that we collect is entirely for the reasons of fulfilling your order. Payment details. We do not store your credit / debit card details on any of our systems. Payment is processed through third party agencies that are licensed and accredited to undertake all types of card payment transactions securely.

Methods of providing Credit / Debit Card details.

In Person. Card details are taken directly at the point of sale and you will enter a PIN number to authorise the transaction which is processed by our third party provider. No card details are recorded by us.

Over the telephone. Card details are taken directly at the point of sale and our you will need provide us with Personal Data in order for us to obtain authorisation from the third party provider that processes the transaction. No card details other than the last four digits of your card number are recorded by us.

Online. At the point where payments for purchases are due, you will be re-directed to the portal operated by our third party provider where their credit / debit card details are entered directly. No card details are recorded by us. Please see more comprehensive details at ‘Our Website’ below.

 By Email. We strongly discourage any Credit/ Debit card details being transmitted by Email. However, there are times when we are forwarded such data without our prior knowledge. In this event, the necessary information is processed as if it is a telephone order and the original Email filed in a password protected file for no longer than six months (We need to retain proof of authorisation by you) at which point it will be completely deleted.

Other Personal Data.

Typically we will need to record the following Personal Data in the form of contact details if we are asked to deliver your purchase.

  2. Recipients name & address, telephone number and Email address.

Deliveries with a long lead time. Events that are being planned for some time in the future will often require information being drawn in or provided to you from various sources, some digital and some physical. We will collate this information and hold it in various formats in order to fulfil your requirements of us. Unless you request us to do otherwise, we will hold such information securely and it will be destroyed six months after the event.

Payment: Our online store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information.
