A delivery charge of £5.95 is payable for deliveries made from Tuesday – Friday and £10.00 for Saturday delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver on a Monday.
Our deliveries are carried out by a third party courier and are made between 8am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate specific time slots. Delivery is available next day to all UK mainland addresses, however deliveries to northern regions of Scotland, may take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to N.Ireland.
Please leave a special instruction as to what our courier should do if the recipient is out, e.g. “Leave with a neighbour” or “ Leave in porch”. If the courier is unable to deliver, he will leave a note at the recipients address and take the flowers / goods back to his operating depot or nearest post office for collection.
Flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that flowers sent to these locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not on a Saturday. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code, of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied.
